Please help. I have the Motorola W490 and have only been able to download from this site one time. Now it continues to tell me "Internal Error. You do not have access to this site at <url here>." My service provider is T-Mobile. Is there a reason I can't download from this site on my phone? Any help would be appreciated.

You need atleast the 5.99 T-MobileWeb service. Once upon a time there where "holes" in T-Mobiles network that allowed downloads if you had the free T-Zones (which almost all T-Mobile phones had). But since T-Mobile started closing these "holes" you need to upgrade your service.

If you do have the 5.99 T-MobileWeb service call t-mobile and tel them it is not allowing you to download.. they should be able to correct it remotely.
