i am having a problem with my fone. some times when i play video on my fone it restarts. can anyone help me.

change with another video and let see what happen,if ur phone keep restart after u changed the video means that theres something wrong with ur mobile phone

change with another video what do u mean by that... change format of the video...... ?

change with another video with the same format and change with another video with different format,let see how it will works

Just soft reset ur phone and it will be okay! Maybe smth with file system or RAM memory. Restart will not help. But soft reset with contact backup will heal the phone.

The earlier software version of 5610 has some bugs and the newest version has been fixed with all those bugs

Try to update the software version of your phone or else if ur not much into it , Give it to the nearest Nokia Care Center for Update

Flash ur phone wid the latest software version 8.3

I cannot update with nokia updater...!! it says phone connection is busy...what's wrong???

May be a network problem
But Don't try to disconnect the phone while the Updating process in going on !

Muppy I think ur Internet connection is slow.. To Flash ur phone, u should have a high speed Internet connection..

Folow these steps b4 u flash ur phone..
1.Take a back up of ur phone contents.
2.Change the profiles to "General"

Then start the Nokia update software.. It'll help u wid the process.. The update takes more than 30 mins depending upon ur Internet speed..

Can u send me the exact error message, ur internet speed connection??
