Iphone Video problem 'cant show' .3gpp

Hey all. would like some help with getting the videos to my iphone. i havent have it for to long so maybe its me doing something wrong. but i drag the video to my video sect and then i push the sync button.then o get an ' cant copy bla bla cuse .3gpp isent an valide file??? anyone??

Once you've dragged it into iTunes. Right click and select "convert to iPhone".
Or try "Any DVD Converter Professional".

If it's a DVD, MPG, or ISO, try using "Handbrake". It's free and works very good.
