N73 theme downloading

I have a problem with installing my own created theme in the phone.
When i transfer the theme from PC to the mobile using cable or bluetooth, i install it..but as soon as i click yes for installation ..there appeare ''expired certificate''......i really dont know what is happening..please someone help me with this...plz plz plz.....

looking forward for ur kind reply.....

I'm not sure how to fix the problem.
