okay, not much to go on there... but if you're looking to buy a new phone, here are the things you should consider

Price - if you're rich then good for you, but if you're a regular folk, try to find a phone that fits your budget. consider what you're getting for the price you're paying for.

brand and model (form) - already there are alot of top quality phone makers out there (nokia, sony ericsson, samsung and lg to name a few) but while they build really good phones, that doesn't mean they also have crappy phones in thier product line up. basically, when choosing a brand make sure it's known so you can easily find a service center. as for model or form, basic phone models are: candy bar, clamshell and sliders. the rule of thumb is: the less moving parts the better as they have less susceptable to wear form use. so obviously try to go for candybar form.

function - try not to fall victim to advertising for cellphones, try to see the functions of the phone online or a functional demo in-store. again keeping with the price, try to invest in a phone that you can actually use, and depending on your useage style, also consider how user friendly the UI is - think trying to figure out the menu.

all in all, i say that in choosing a phone is a matter of taste, it's better to keep it as simple and functional and everything will turn out ok.

good luck to you!!
