Red Motorola c261 Housing

Hi, I have a black motorola c261, and I always wanted to get the red one. I've found out that they sell the red motorola c261 housing online for only $7 . Would I be able to pop off my old black housing and snap on the red one? I'm afraid if the black housing isn't supposed to come off and I take a screw driver to it, I might break it.
