Long story but i'll cut it short (lol)

I went onto a forum on another website and it told me to put a code it to 'protect' your phone. I put the code in and nothing happened. I switched my phone off for a bit, when i turned it back on, it said 'sim lock'. I went back on the website and put the code back in, nope, didn't work. I restarted and resetted my phone and it still came up.

I didn't have a clue what this meant so i tried my passcode but that wasn't right, i tried 0000, no luck, 00000000.No luck. I tried lots of codes and none of them are working. It doesn't bock my sim it jus says incorrect code. I can put as many codes n and it won't block my phone.

I can't unlock it because i don't know the code.

Is there a way i can unlock it???

Thank you..... <3

For flashing a Samsung (essentially clearing the software and putting it back on to remove all bugs and settings) our shop charges about £15.

Before getting it flashed, and if you're really not bothered about user information, ensure the battery is fully charged and type in this code:
*2767*2878#
Leave the phone until it has completed it's reset
Try again with the default code of 00000000 (Eight 0's).

If this doesn't work, then take it to a professional and explain your situation.

Ok thank you. To be honest im going to return it and get another one now.

I will save money & get a newer and better one. I think someone had it before me and messed it up & left the mes for me to sort out.

Thank you for all the help though.

Much Love. . . .<3
