theme error-unable to install-N73

Hi, i am using Nokia N73me

whenever i install a deleted theme, i get a error of "unable to install" in the end of installation.
Even i am getting this error to the fresh theme i am installing.
I dont get this message on every installation

Check whether there is enough free memory where ever ur installing
In Phone Memory or in the Memory card

Ok problem is these are those themes whom i deleted before, now again wanted to install
