Mostly when I am feeling sad, I think
about all the blessings in my life and
realize there are many in this world
who are worse off than I will ever be. I
try to think of all the things that make
life beautiful - from flowers, to sunrises, to music, to a child's laughter.
I pray and commune with God. And if I
just can't shake the feelings of
sadness, I take a nap - I always wake
up feeling better.
