I was wondering why the image quality of the wallpapers in zedge are worse than the previews in the site. I'm using the LG CU720 Shine. I noticed that when I download the wallpaper from my mobile, the wallpaper size is about half the size of the original picture.

For example if a wallpaper is 15 kb, the downloaded wallpaper that was sent to me is only 6 kb. Could that be why the image quality is worse?

to be clear, the wallpaper that was sent is blurry while on the website it is crisp. Tell me that i'm not alone
