It's added a rather interesting keypad that features small circular silver keys.

The unusual circular keys are striking to look at, but aren't particularly easy to use

The navigation joystick also left us a little deflated, as it's rather awkward to press -- it doesn't stick out enough and in contrast to the keys on the keypad doesn't have enough space around it.

Are you having problems with yours?

I never had problems with the keypad design and layout. And i also tune-down the screen brightness to 50% since its too bright at the highest settings (saves power too).

Before having this phone, I didn't really like the style of the keypad. But when I got the phone I found the keys are a nice size and nicely spaced out for texting.

Well my K810i is nearly 12 months old and no signs of peeling on the keys at all.
