memory card help....

i have a 1gb micro sd it displays card not formatted and operation failed, every time i access the the memory card. i look for format card on the phone gallery menu but nothing for formatting. i tried it on the other fone like n6233 but instead the memory card icon never show up.
kindly anyone help me here. my fone is 3110classic.

try to format it into the pc using a card reader...

How long u have ur MMC?Sometimes MMC is broken 4 certain times,try to reformat it on pc,right click on the MMC drive and then reformat>quick format.If the MMC still not detected by ur phone,buy new 1.I suggest u buy 512 mb and give 200 mb free space.
