Ok, well, i was looking through all my old phones stuff and came across my W300i, since i was in need of a spare phone, i thoguht i'd use that since it still worked and had all the cables ETC The phone is on orange, i know this because ive used it on orange, and on the front of the phone, theres a ORANGE logo.

So i charged it, put my ORANGE sim card in, turned it on, at the home screen it said

"Orange"

then was replace by

"Inactive Sim"

The sim i was trying, isnt broken, it works FINE in my Razr V8, so i was wondering it you guys knew what the problem was.
