Whenever I get a call and try to answer it by pressing the button on my BT, whoever is on the other end talks to my voicemail. It has been working fine til the past week or so. I can answer by flipping my phone open and then talking through my BT. I have also tried setting the phone so I have to push the answer button to answer it - when doing this, I can still talk through it once I push the answer button. Is there a setting that needs to be changed on my phone? Thanks for any help.
