Last week my n95 crashed and hangs..

so i took it to the nokia care service reset it make sure it worked again..

but now the nokia pc suite cant find my phone

sorry for my bad english

can some one help me for a old version of the pc suite of a sollution

the old PC Suite is found on the CD in the Box of the device....if it didnt work try to re install it in the PC....

are you using pc suite via usb cable or bluetooth?

if you are using the usb cable, then check first make it sure it is intact. in pc suite >go to settings>manage connections>chose cable connection> follow rest of the procedure.

if you are using bluetooth, in order for you to locate your phone..you need first to pair your mobile and your computer> set it as authorized for you to have a continous access. on your mobile go to bluetooth and start searching for your computer bluetooth devices. note that passcode is needed for bluetooth paring.
