Not sure what you mean. Is it the vibration settings is unselectable or even when selected yor phone will not vibrate?

Might be worth taken in for service. Not much else you can do if you are sure all the settings are correct (vibrate settings).

mine still works fine, have you tried a different ringtone, like the default ringtones?
