Any Digi users in Zedge i found that digi signals are still not up to my expectation where it is below satisfactory level sometime when i talking to my dear in open space the line will be terminated automatically....althought digi had the policy where after 1 hour of conversation it will terminate the connection but i only talk for 15 minutes and then the line is dead

Which state are you from, omniknight86??

Generally, I believe DiGi is enhancing its network coverage and in my place, I find it quite satisfactory. If you're touching on reception level, it all depends on the locality. Yet, in general, it's considered not so bad here. So far, I have yet to experience the worst, that's why I'm still sticking to DiGi. FYI, I've been using DiGi since 2001.

Dongzi is from the Land of the Hornbills (if only you know where.. ).

My brother said DiGi coverage could be poor in rural areas here. I find it perfectly okie in urban sites, that's a reason I'm not switching to other telco operators like Celcom and Maxis.

Well.. it's a good sign that your girl wants to talk to you anytime and anywhere (even when she's in the toilet). If she doesn't, this may worry you.. But I wonder why the reception becomes low when she's in the toilet.. Is it because of the stinking smell?? ...................... (jokIng )

Customer service?? I don't think the help desk can do anything about it. Signal or reception level has to do with the enhancement of the overall network of the telco, I guess.. Regardless of how much you complain, I don't think they'll give it a damn.

Since you're in KL, why don't you consider using Maxis?? I learnt that Maxis is the most convenient and promising operator there.

If your girl insists using DiGi because of FnF or the special promo package offered (which you or she can actually call each other for free), I'd say Maxis is offering similar service too, but I can't recall the service now.. Maybe you should find out from the retailers over there, in KL.

Good luck, anyway.. ..........................

thanks for the information given actually i already consider that as an option but however she loves Digi as much as she loves me so she just can't change it, although given the fact that Maxis offered similar promotions like Digi...but in terms of pricing Digi prices is still cheaper than maxis of course personally i love to use maxis but however i love my girl so much just stick with her choice of telco would be better thanks for your information
