First of all you have to be familier with adobe photo shop.
when you make themes,
first screen should be id screen,
second screen should be menu screen shot,
on your keypad should be a button with prnt scrn written on it.
press this button and then go to adobe photo shop
click file and you will see NEW, click that button.
a box should be there, in the box should be written width 1280 / height 800 / resolution 12 click ok.
then click ctrl+v together.
screen shot should appear,
just cut the screen shot, press ctrl+x
again go to file, a box should appear, in that put width 240 / height 320 / resolution 12.
and then file and save

screen shot should always be 50kb and under

best program to make screenshots is fastston image viewer. u can use this program to crop screenshots to right size.

Hey jus use a software called Screenshot.sisx..Then use Iamge Converter 2..U get everything the way u need it..
