Adobe Photoshop CS is very resource hungry, if u want to make just screenshots, u can try this free and tiny program IrfanView ,it is very popular and free. I always prefer this program for screenshots, and it is good image viewer also.

I use Easy GIF Animator and Adobe Photoshop 7.0....But still I've no idea how to make swf files for Sony theme.Can somebody suggest a software fr making valid swf file for a Sony 240*320 phone.[I,ve a Sony Ericsson W760i amazing phone].

Its easy
1. Select Marquee tool

2. Select, what you want to cut

3. Select copy (its easy, if you want to past in new dimensions) or cut

4. Press ctrl + N
5. Select what dimenions you need, press ok

6. Paste your copy.
