Copy contacts from SE to a PC?

I'd like to back up my contacts from my SEW580 (either phone mem or sim) to my computer, is there an easy way to do that?
I have a USB cable & a Bluetooth enabled pc.

Menu > Phonebook > Options > Advanced > Back up to M.S

I've got W850i and i do the above.... hope it helps/////

how you get them onto the computer? (For use in outlook / thunderbird ect....)

for back up contact u can use pc suite or myphoneexplorer (only SE phone)
