I have the SE W580, which is a quad-band phone. GSM 850 / GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / GSM 1900
I want to visit England soon, and wanted to know if my phone will work.
I know that I have the correct frequencies to work overseas, but will my provider reach there? Will it charge me extra?

Anyone have any experience with this?

I believe AT&T and T-Mobile have roaming arrangements with overseas carriers. But the roaming charges would probably be high. You should be able to buy some minutes over there once you arrive.
