Hello Zedgers!!! Maybe someone knows how to change font on my N95? Thanks...

1. You need: A Nokia S60 3rd device, something to write, a cardreader or USB-cable and of course your computer.

2. At first download a explorer like Y-Browser or similar and install it on your device.

3. Then start your explorer and go to Z:/resource/Fonts

4. Now you need something to write. Write down exactly the names of all the fonts in this folder (nohindisnr60, S60ZDIGI, …)

5. Choose the font that you want on your device. It should be a *.ttf file. You can download fonts e.g. here. You can also take a file from your computer, if you use windows they´re all in C:\WINDOWS\Fonts

6. Make a new folder called “Fonts”, and copy the font you´ve chosen in this folder. Paste it as many times as you need it and rename it exactly like the names you´ve written down before (nohindisnr60, …)

7. Take out your memorycard or connect your device to the computer and choose data transfer.

8. Go to your memory card (E:\) and create a new folder called resource if it isn´t there yet.

9. Now copy the folder “Fonts” you´ve made before and paste it into the resource folder on your memory card.

10. Switch off your phone and put in your memorycard. Now turn on your phone again.

11. Congratulations, you changed the font on your device!

To reset the font, just turn off your phone, take out the memorycard and delete the folder “Fonts” on it. Put it in again and restart the phone.

!!!VERY IMPORTANT: Do NOT change the fonts on your phonememory (C:\), only on your memorycard (E:\)!!!

thnx a tonne 4 dat useful info!...bt un4tun8ly i tried dat n it dsnt work...1st of all i cnt find any folder wid da name 'Resource' ....altho it is there in da fone in Y-browser bt it dsnt show on da computer if u connect da fone to da comp... furthermore i even tried creating a folder wid da name 'Resource' n it says dat da folder already exists and u cannot create a folder wid dat name...
Cud i noe waz da prom if ne1 knows n hw cud i overcum it n change da fonts in ma fone....! .. it'l b reali helpful...thnx in advance!

Cud u gime a link or smthn 2 install X-plore..cz da 1 i installed is a trial version, also i cannot find ne folder wid name 'Resource' in da E:/ drive,ie, da memory card! ..thnx

i dont remember cracked version download link.if u want it u can search for it.its simple to find it.or u can use f-explorer.after installing u can find the directory.

dude ur nt understanding me...i had found da directory 'Resource' earlier in da Y-browser in ma phone, however, i cunt find da same directory in da comp ven i connected my fone to the comp n entered into da memory card! so wad shud i du in dat case...i even put on 'Show all files and folders'......bt yet it dsnt show a folder 'Resource'....nw u needa help me in dat...thnx neway

just go to Z:/resource/Fonts and replace your fonts with old fonts.did u get me?

i did wadev u said..bt ven i connected my fone 2 da comp n selected Data Transfer, it said dat ur memory card is in use by another application...nw m stuck cz i don hav ne clue regarding vich app is actly using the memory card n needa b shut! so dat i cud activate Data Transfer after connecting ma fone 2 da comp...i'd b gr8ful if u cud help me on dis...! ..thnx neway

man it's the font using you're memory card... i had the same problem... you can't use your phone in data transfer mode unless you delete the fonts you placed there.... do it with a card reader.... go to dotsis com ... there's a detailled tutorial on how to change your font without the problem with the data transfer mode
