Motorazr V3i - Call Waiting

Hello people need ur help on this one

My motorola razr v3i does not display the name or number of the person in call waiting though I have the call waiting option enabled on my phone. I hear the beep that someone else is calling too but i dont see their name or no on the screen.

What do i do.
Any help highly appreciated

if u have already activated call waiting there should be no problem you can try 2 reset ur phone.i think it will solve ur problem
