WTF man ? Is this some kinda GSM forum or what ?

Both phones're good, but N82 has xenon flash, so it's real flash, not a LED one. Besides, I don't like N95 and all that stuff - it's to big phone.

N82 is better in one thing the flash of the camera
N96 is better in anything else and totally incomparable...16 GB memory and micro SD or SDHC 2.8' inch screen ,Symbian 9.3 and alot to mention..(need A4 paper to write it)...

N96, if it's all it's made out to be, is gonna be superior to N95 8GB in every way... excluding battery life

N96 is good with its 16GB...& the design of it is actually N81's design. Juz slightly bigger due to the enlargement of the screen. But although N82 do not hav 16GB. & both of them is the same camera features, but at least N82 has Xenon-flash while N96 only hav 2 LED lights. & N96 battery uses the same battery as N95. OMG...N95 features already drinks up the battery in one day. So, N96 is even more powerful than the N95, do u guys think tat it shud be replace by the N95 8GB's battery??? 950mAh is not enough for a device like tat. It shud use a 1200mAh. Even the N82 uses a 1050mAh battery. i think this is a SERIOUS feedback to Nokia.

@FreedomPeace...
after the release of the new N95 firmwares the battery life isnt very bad...and it use the Symbian 9.2......while the N96 use Symbian 9.5 which (must be) better in consuming the battery life....after that i dont think N96 battery life will be worse than the N95 and i think it will be better.....
but why it dont include the battery of the N95 8GB since its larger???...thats what make me confused..
