Save it to your desktop on your computer. Launch pc suit, select the file you wish to transfer and click the arrow "->" send to phone the phone will then ask you where you wish to store the file.

i dont have pc suite...i didnt have my driver cd.........
that is my problem
i know how to instal...and how to transfer from p to phone ...

where i can download free my driver cd...for pc suite ?

Just copy and paste the files onto your memory card, and install them from there, its that easy really. Are you also aware that if you visit the Sony Ericsson page from your phone, there are always many applications that you can download direct to your phone for free.

If you have not got a card reader , instead of downloading the pc suite use this instead, "My Phone Explorer", it is much better and gives you more options, it is a free download.
