If your ringtone is mp3 your operator company may have blocked your fone for mp3 ringtones.
Is a mp3?

Cheers!

Yea, it's mp3, but I'm pretty sure it should work. If not, do you know any way that I can make the song in a different format so I can upload it onto my phone? Thanks

Chek here gsmarena this 1 guy say there.
heres how to put mp3 ringtones on the phone. Let me knw if it works for you and if u hav ani problems just ask.

found a workaround by replacing the stock "Rings" mp3 file with your own file.
Use p2k commander, first back up /c/mobile/audio/~alertfile323.mp3 to your pc, delete it from your phone.
then rename your own mp3 file to ~AlertFile323.mp3 and copy it to /c/mobile/audio.
Now you can go to Media->Audio, select Rings and apply as ring tone

replying to all the other posts>>other then the mp3 ringtone thing

Cheers!

It's not about "replacing the stock ringtones"; I think your problem is because some operators don't allow you to use any Mp3 as a ringtone because DRM and Copyright isues.

There's an app out there that you can use to avoid this annoying problem... I'll post it;s name here as soon as I remember it, sorry
