I suscribed to Orange contract on tuesday at approximately 2pm. I was told withing 48 hours id recieve a few text messages, which i am to delete, then restart my phone.

my tarriff is 300 minutes and 400 texts

ive recieved one text, so now i have 250 minutes, 15 minutes of video calls and no texts whatsoever.

in 4 hours time the 48 hours will have expired.

anyone have any experience of this? and what number should i ring to get some action from orange?

ps this is my first time on contract, dun be mean!
