you've got a music phone and don't know how to send music files from pc? I suggest, you should use USB data cable, or memory card reader. When you properly connect phone and pc with data cable, in "My Computer", should appear new removable disk labelled "PHONE". Enter it, and find folder named Audio, where you should copy your ringtone.

please remember this :
i know transfer the song/ringtone by bluetoth is more practical,but sometimes its failed to send if the memory's receiver capacity is overload
