how to installed themes in nokia 5200

please help me to install themes in my phone nokia 5200.i don't have a cord to install in directly in my phone.i have only a memory and i try to send it to my cell phone number but zedge have a verify code and i don't know what is that!!please reply and help me..

it's a verification code for zedge user don't be afraid
just type the verification code and all will be ok DON'T BE AFRAID

nokia 5200 is using the symbian s40,install it using nokia pc suite
