YOU CAN RUN WINDOWS 95 AND 98

But the windows xp not make for any phone still

And that video the windows xp and vista and 7 is just flash theme that size of theme is under 3 mg
but the windows 95 or 98 is 100 mg or high
you can search in google run windows 95 on nokia s60v3v5
