As Reiman said, please avoid caps as it puts people off wanting to help you.

As for your phone, there's no way to my knowledge of unlocking this model for free. There are companies that can offer coded unlocks for most Motorolas, but it's a nightmare sorting out the cowboys from the professionals. My advise would be ask Globe, and if they can't help, see if you can find a shop that offer insurance against damage and failed unlocks.
