I have the razr2 v9m and the music essentials kit and want to know if theres a way to put games, ringtones, themes and everything else on it with the usb cable it came with.

As the V9 is still a P2K05 system mobile, you can use P2K Commander 4.9.E, but you need also the latest Handset USB drivers 3.3.0 to be installed before you use P2K Commander.
For certain reasons I can not give you links.
