I have bought Samsung E250... i downloaded some games from this website and i don't know how to put them on the mobile phone... pLeass say me how can i do it and which program should i use( cause i have just Ivt Bluesoleil)

it is possible to install games on to the E250, i will post a method i use for installing onto my E590 as soon as i have time. i want to make it as easy as possible for people to understand first time. hopefully with screenshots.
please bare with me.
btw Samsung don`t have an install option as such.

I'm stuck, trying to upload and install java apps to my Samsung sgh-e250, too.
All the solutions I've come across require the phone to be in Mass Storage USB mode before entering a code to access the Java Test Menu. This is impossible because, as soon as a USB cable is inserted into the phone, the keypad is locked and any keypress will get you a "USB Now in Use" error message on the phone.

I've tried setting up the Java Test Menu to perform a Serial Download, then inserting the USB cable at the last possible moment (just after the final keypress to start the download ). This always results in the phone rebooting.

Has ANYONE loaded a Java App sucessfully to this phone via USB ???

Does anyone have a step-by-step method that works?

I've tidied up the language and clarified a few points below...

First, get these programs

Install SoftickPPP234-en.exe


STEP #1:
SET UP YOUR PHONE TO RECEIVE JAVA APPLETS

Type *#52828378# on your telephone
OTA type setting
then
Serial bearer OTA
then save

(YOU'LL NEED TO RESET THIS TO GPRS,
LATER FOR THE sAMSUNG sTUDIO APP TO WORK)

close any firewall
phone's USB settings should be "modem" (menu 9.2.8)
NOT "Mass Storage USB" !!!

plug in usb lead before running softickPPP
(so that your phone is visible to it as a device)

run softickPPP and config settings by right click on its taskbar icon
choose setting
choose all com ports



STEP #2:
FOR EACH JAVA APPLET YOU WANT TO UPLOAD:

open program uploader
and add the .JAD file you want to install


Activate SoftickPPP by right click and "active"
(cancel usb dll warning -it's not relevant here)

Type #*5737425# on telephone
then PPP UP
then choose bluetooth (even though you'll be using USB!)
then Serial Download

The applet is then uploaded to your telephone
(YOU CAN SEE THE UPLOAD PROGRESS ON YOUR PHONE'S SCREEN)

To repeat the process, you must DE-Activate SoftickPPP,
THEN Activate SoftickPPP

Your phone may reboot between uploads.
It's irritating, but you don't lose the settings from STEP #1.


STEP #3:
SET UP YOUR PHONE TO WORK WITH
Samsung PC Studio application

type *#52828378# on your telephone
OTA type setting
then
GPRS OTA
then save
