How to make theme .PNG style???

How do i make the tabs and things transparent? i tried saving it as .png but dno whats wrong HELPPPPPPP i will make such good themes if i learn this. No kidding

Have you been through the forum, there is probably some tutorials on this, what software have you, I have paint shop pro x and have no problem with making transparent bars

What software are you using for your editing and for making themes?

Just saving the file as .PNG is not enough. You must select the part you want to be transparent and select the transparency level fot that part.
Note that in PNG files several regions of the same image can hjave different transparency levels.
Also, keep in mind that you must save the file as a 32-bit PNG (or PNG 32). How to do that depends on the software you are using.
