why cant i download mp3 ringtones to my phone,its one of the newest phones out on the market?please help

Don't use the pcsuite to do it, set the phone connectivity(usb) to mass storage and copy direct to your memory card.

You can use the normal way like it's descriped in the manual or vernonwee's way witch is much faster. But there is mabye a other problem you may have. If the name is to long it will also give a error message. The names must be short

It's in the profile settings. Turn feedback to vibrate only or off it.. I prefer No feedback as it only consume more battery

hi betty.. what do you mean by cant get your pictures? you mean u cant extract the pictures from the phone? try select mass storage when connecting the device USB to computer. hope it helps.
