Help with Canadian mobile carriers

Hi.New Zedger here from Canada.Currently looking for a carrier here in Canada that will work properly with the Zedge WAP site.My previous carrier Telus along with Virgin Mobile do not allow downloading from third party sites .Any Canadian Zedgers help would be greatly appreciated.
