i click that upload but nothing happen

maybe my network speed

hey!i m new to zedge in the sense as a uploader of themes n ringtones..Last night i uploadeda ring tone n it was deleted..Did i do something wrong abt it ..pls do let me know so that it is not done again n i m able to upload ringtones..
