If there is a copyright on the Song (which there is with 99.99%) then no it will be removed. And there is a maximum length of 29 seconds on here.

I uploaded around 40 ringtones and now there's none...I don't think that I made so many mistakes,it could happen,I could have mistaken about 10 ringtones,but 40???please... I'm hopeless now,thank you.

They will probably have been removed due to copyright issues,
