Well I’m trying to get at is who are the real heroes of this world

Like doctors, teachers etc
This topic is to tribute them,
not soldiers since theres a topic on them

My Pick

Nurses

Nurses are responsible along with other health care professionals for the treatment, safety, and recovery of ill or injured people,
Health maintenance of the healthy and treatment of life-threatening emergencies in a wide range of health care settings.

Nurses may also be involved in medical and nursing research and perform a wide range of non-clinical functions necessary to the delivery of health care.

In simple terms

When u go to the hospital, and are staying over for a few days since u had an operation
Who is there to look and care for u a nurse?

A lot of people don’t care for nurses much in this world

Here in the UK they don’t, people think they complain too much about pay
But there have the right too

They work much more, then the average person, putting a smile on a person when there down, helping them when they need too
And plain been there for the patient

A nurses revolves around how people treat them
So next time u go to the hospital or clinic

Say thank you to that person who looked after U

i will maybe violate the 25 words maximum rule, because this is a quite straight foward matter.

All sums up to:

There r no heroes.

We do not need heroes.

We need real human beings.

we have exemplary [yet rare genuin] human beings.

thnk god.

And those we do not the mention. they do not want that kind of recognition.

they just give with no get back.

they simply.... give.

i think Al Gore is somewhere close to being a hero for his involvment on helping global warming.....someone who truly cares in the political scene

The real heroes in this world are the people who go to work for 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, month after month for 50 years.
We don't see them, we don't praise them, we exploit then and rarely respect them and they are always forgotten to 'greater' history.
They don't have a name, but they are heroes everyone.

Whether we call them heroes or exemplary human beings is only a matter of semantics. Heroes are those who make a difference in our lives. They don't have to be someone famous or in a profession where they save lives. Most of us listed a hero in our profile.
Two people have been heroes to me. One was ravaged by cancer. The other was ravaged by rape. These two women showed me what courage is. I am stronger because of them. I value life more because of them. No books will ever be written about these two women. Neither one even had a job. They were exemplary women who made a difference in my life. So I choose to call them heroes.

A real hero is anyone who is able to use his/her resources to bring light, refreshment to the dry places of another person's life. Heroes takes so many forms, they could be musicians, philanthropist, priests, art performers, infact, in every field of life there would be a hero

All the people in this world can be divided into three types:-

Sheep ~ the majority of people who blindly go about their daily lives never doing anything wrong by others and living generally happy lives

Wolves ~ the bad guys. These are the scum like murderers, rapists, peados, drug dealers etc etc, who will attack the 'sheep' people for any reason and ruin their lives out of spite or whatever

Sheepdogs ~ the real heroes. These are our police officers who work day in day out sometimes risking their lives to make our streets safer. Some people think their job's easy but every time they get a call out, they know they're possibly just minutes away from confronting a violent coked-out a**hole who's got nothing to lose by killing a cop.

Every day the police see more violent action than most people ever will. Every day, without a word of praise from the very people they're there to protect, shameful on us sheep people really...

Baaa...
