I am a DONOR and when I die, they can do whatever they want in my body and organ as long as they don't take my soul LOL
Even now while I'm still alive, I will gladly donate my organ to save a life but within a reason.

mmmmmmm..that's a hard question..but I think yes I would in three cases..for my family, future wife and future kids and for the one I love..

Of course I would. If I Could save another person (if that person is a good one), I would give him a kidney or that kind of thing. Even when I die, I would like to know I saved a couple of life (I won't give my hart, because it's already taken...by my girl..)

i'll say i would. since it's a noble thing to do, saving other people's lives.

even though some people refuse due to religion problems, actually the donation of organ is legal and not opposing the law of the religion.

some maybe afraid that their health level decrease when they donate an organ, but as Mclovin said, this donation can be done after our death.
