Looking at your location I think I know what was the link and, in my humble opinion, it is fair to post it, it is not advertizing, it is sharing a resource.

Anyway, SonyEricsson has also a Theme Creator avaiable for download.

it's ok to post a link with a reasonable amount of discretion mano. wat isn't ok is a blatant promotion of another forum like:
