Please search before you post, and browse the forums a little more. There are lots of topics asking the same question for every Sony Ericsson model, and there is only one answer to all the questions.
You must use Sony Ericsson Theme Creator

You would have found the answer yourself if you looked in the right place.

Creating a theme is very simple: Just create or edit your images to the size specified for each theme element.
