Hello! I have the US version of the Nokia 3300, and within about the past hour, the "go to" button (the right key below the screen) is suddenly shuuting down my phone. It's not turning it off, but sort of restarting it. Also, if I go into the menu functions to the settings menu, any options that have anything to do with the "go to" settings also does this. I had downloaded a few applications before this started happening. It's kind of weirding me out and I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Probably one of these apps u have installed is a virus
u can either format ur memory card if the installed apps are stored on the mmc or u have to format ur phone
how to format?
to format the mmc simply go to extras :arrow: memorycard :arrow: options :arrow: format memory card
*# 7370 # Soft format: If the Handy (only telephone memory) formats, puts back the attitudes (see * to # 7780 #) and implements a software RESET. (however still another inquiry comes before.)
make sure ur battery is charged at least 75%
do not try to stop the format manually or while the formating is taking place
NOTE! If the aku to 75% are loaded at least, Akku do not only accomplish during the procedure under any circumstances remove! The procedure takes some minutes (approx. 3-4), is absolutely waiting!
This is "only" a soft format... Hard format with "green, 3, *"... see below.

Proceeding: Equipment switch off, which keep "green key" (take off) at the same time pressed, "*" and to "3" key and switch the equipment on (the keys thereby keep further pressed)... to "Formatting" on the display appears...
If that does not function, then equipment for 1 hour switch off, Akku so for a long time rausnehmen and again try.
"only" virtual the memory is generally cleared - genuine formatting can take place only in a Nokia service center, if the Fash is deleted there and/or new L.G. is installed.
make sure that u make a backup of the phone memory on ur pc using pc suite or on memory card by switching options in the memory card and backup memory
