Hey, does anybody know if this works with the u700 gleam because there are two types of u700. ALSO, my service is through verizon wireless and their programming code is 000000 not #5423# or whatever it was and the menu isn't like the one in the example shown on this thread. does anybody know how to do this through a verizon u700 gleam? There's no way I'm paying those weasels for my games!!!

4. Open “BitPim” and configure the software for your u700.

Phone type: Other CDMA phone
Com port: *look at step 5*(you can Browse, but chose the right one!)

And press “OK”

5. Start “BitPim”, go to the menu “View” and active “View Filesystem”.

6. Klick on “Filesystem” (left in BitPim).
Now can you see a blue folder, open the folder (press on “+”).
--> … retrieving

Bitpim is not dedecting my U700...it tells me retrieving but then not only one file appears...what can i do pls???

You musn't just clic on the "+", but you need to keep the mouse pressed on it.

Then it will work
