i need help!!!!

i tried loading a video on my phone but it doesnt work :S
it doest play on my cell
and it says its the wrong format :S

wut should i do???

help some1 help!!

I can't upload videos, when I finalize the step 2 in the next step the page returned to step 1 with No error messages or anything like that, so ┬┐What can I do?

I sent a video to my blackberry curve 8310 and the message says its to big. Is there something I can do about that?

Have you read the Video Guidelines under the 'browse' button? it says >>>

Most popular video formats are supported, except 3GP files, due to quality reasons.

zedge consider 3gp as a low quality video so they don't accept 8 try to convert your video to wmv or mpeg4 first.

Who can help me about my videos? My best videos has been removed to my account and they are not p**n. I upload them 2 days before they gone. I badly need your help zedgers. I already contacted the zedge operators.
