I bought LG SHINE KE 970. There is no doubt it looks great but i found the problem mentioned below. If any of my friend wanna buy this mobile then read carefully.

1. Your phone will be switched off while connected with computer.
2. Battery life is too short.
3. You can't install the themes
4. You can't use equlizer for the songs stored in memory card. Its only available for the songs stored in phone memory.
5. Camera Flash light is not stronger enough
6. Speaker's voice is dead low.
7. You cant lock any application but only phone.
8. Before play 3gp videos you may copy to your mobile check that they must be not more than 15fps.
9. There is only one point to use for charging,headphone,usb cable. You can do only one job in one time.
9. Visibility of screen in sun shine is almost zero. Yes i meanit. Visibility is zero in sun shine. And this is very very bad.

10. If you need flash light to take photo then you can on flash from menu but it will remain on all the time unless you off it manually.Consumes large amount of battery.

11. Cover replacement is almost impossible.

12. You cant minimize mp3 player while playing songs to use other applications (for the songs playing from memory card) You can minimize mp3 player while playing the songs stored in phone memory.

13. You can't personalize the menu's color. Menu background color is always black with only one theme.

14. Camera result is not so clear. You can see noise in every picture.

15. There are 4 available resolutions of pictures. You can use zoom on two of them only.

320 x 240 yes
640 x 480 yes
1280 x 960 can't zoom
1600 x 1200 can't zoom

16. You cant make play list for the songs present on memorey card but only songs present on phone's memory. If you are playing song from memory card then after one song the player will not continue to another song. It will stop. You have to selece manually the next song to play.

17. Always start mp3 player by pressing "mp3" key from right side of your mobile. It will open mp3 player and songs list then select song to play. Press same key onece again to minimize player and again press to maximize. If you will play any song directly from any folder then you will not be able to minimize the player at all.

18.. For intalling the games....Select Menu.....Settings.....Conactivity....USB Connection ....Mass storage...
Then connect your mobile with pc via usb cable and copy paste .jar games files in mobile's local folder (not in memory card). After that disconect mobile from pc, open same folder and install game. Thats it.

19. . Signal power is not stronger enough. Some times when signel lost then it will take much time to catch signals again (some times)

20.. Metelic color of key pad will fade within two months use. Lower edge of sliding cause will fade also.

21. . Sliding smoothness will lost within two months. I am using this mobile very carefully and yet i am facing these problems.

22. . Only 4 sms tones are available by default. You cant choose any tone as sms other then these 4.

Plus Points

1. Great metelic shine and metel body.
2. Wide screen
3. Sharp colors
4. You can use any stereo head phone with this mobile. Look supplied head phones wire. There is holder in which you can inject any stereo headphone pin and enjoy the loud and good quality of music.
5. voice recorder is good. Unlimited timing.
6. Phone sports blue tooth wireless head phones.
