look for the icon file manager then look for your downloaded file. next select open just continue and continue

GO TO THEMES YOU WILL FIND ALL THE THEMES THERE EITHER IN THE PHONE MEMORY OR YOUR MEM. CARD. CAUSE THEY GO THERE WHEN INSTALLED .
