I heard that creating a theme is a big waste of time for the Motorola V300, but I am a stubborn person. I would also like the freedom to try. Does anyone know where i can get a free theme creator for it?

You may have to register HERE is the media manager....also look for info on putting it into phone as i use BT but you don't have it.
