samsung themes are no where on the internet, after months of search finding samsung themes(for my samsung z720) i cant find anything. so i decided to take the flag in my hands and move forward as a leader for other samsung users. here it is

will this work for samsung u700v if not is there any program that allows you to create themes

i think this will not work with samsung u700.

i tried downloading the theme creator out of curiosity, and tried to view the sample theme that was provided.
i noticed some things that may be true for my claim:
- that the outcome of the theme created was that the menu was in a 3 x 3 grid while samsung u700 has 3 x 4.
- that the size of the image used is 176 x 220 pixels while u700 has 240 x 320
- since it was designed for the Z series, the preview of the theme has an outside screen since it has a clam form factor while the u700 is a slider

this is only my own opinion.
