you didn't read the guide, its BB5. you can try contacting vodafone, but thats your only option right now

Sorry just checked the model of my handset .. it is one of the those which cannot be unlocked.

i have tried that code it say NOT ALLOWED i only try that once tell me what i do?

hello friend

your cell phone can be unlocked if you follow my instructions,

1. trun off the phone
2. remove simcard , and memory card too (optional)
3. trun on your phone
4. when your phone shows INSERT SIM then put that code in it

#pw+303006726257745+7#

5. after that your phone will show RESTRUCTION REMOVED if it show that then you have done.
6. else if phone shows CAN NOT UNDO RESTRUCTION its mean you or some other have tried to unlock phone by entering wrong codes serval times,then only cable solution can unlock your phone.
